Integrated Program in Journalism (IPJ) offers Bachelor of Journalism (BJ)and Master of Journalism (MJ) in two languages English and Hindi. The syllabus is designed in a manner that a student who completes the entire course will achieve advanced knowledge and skills required to be an effective journalist or media professional.The Five Year Integrated Program has 27 Core Courses, two Ability Enhancement Compulsory Courses, two Ability Enhancement Elective Courses (skill based), four General Elective Courses and four Discipline Specific Elective Courses and Dissertation. Apart from this, students need to choose one Indian Language (from Bengali, Tamil, Urdu and Sanskrit) and one foreign language (from French, Spanish, Chinese and Arabic).The course has an exit option after three years and students may leave with Bachelor’s Degree – Bachelor of Journalism. Those who wish to continue will be given admission to the Post Graduate Course – Master of Journalism.

Admission to this course is through Entrance Exam

Eligibility :
10+2 with 50% aggregate is the minimum eligibility.
